First floor: fully-equipped kitchen with fireplace (1st flambé free, then 10 ?/pan of wood), opening onto dining room, can accommodate up to 10 people, with access to covered terrace and garden. 1st floor: living room with TV, wifi, small desk, board games...1 bedroom with 1 180 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm trundle beds, 1 shower room with large shower and WC. Large dressing room in hallway. Covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs. Enclosed garden with lovely views over the village. Busy weekday road behind the garden (no nuisance indoors or at weekends). Free public parking in front of the gîte. Baby equipment on request: cot and high chair. Inside the gîte, a number of decorative items restored by the owner are available for sale, in a "brocante" spirit. Welcome drink offered by the owner.
