Musée Gorsline

Located in the heart of the Auxois region, the Douglas Gorsline Museum pays tribute to the American painter (1913-1985) who chose to make Bussy-le-Grand his permanent home. This year, the artist's home and studio will be open to the public for the first time, preserved in its original state to allow visitors to immerse themselves directly in the place where he lived and created, in addition to the museum, where they can discover the work of an artist between two cultures, trained in the United States but deeply inspired by the light, history and heritage of Burgundy.
Each year, two temporary exhibitions, each bringing together five contemporary artists, also renew the view of this place of creation.
