À propos
Exigence and quality are the key words that characterise our products. Pastries with a harmonious blend of flavours and textures, must-have chocolates, not forgetting a wide choice of ice creams and sorbets - these are the products we offer you throughout the seasons.
Maison Carbillet is a passionate family business... Colette and Guy Carbillet, who had just been awarded their Master Craftsman diploma, set up in 1973 at 84 rue de la Préfecture. Thanks to the trust and loyalty of their customers, Maison Carbillet has become a must for lovers of sweet treats. Alexandre, the Carbillet couple's eldest son, joined the family business in 2001 after completing an apprenticeship at Edé, the famous Nervers pastry and chocolate shop.
In 2007, the Carbillet family embarked on a project that was close to their hearts, opening a shop at 58 rue des Forges, in Dijon's city centre. Finally, in 2017, a new shop was opened, this time in the north of Dijon, in the Fontaine-Ahuy industrial estate.
