On the heights of Dijon, in a quiet residential area, lovely gîte on the ground floor, adjoining the owners' house, in a beautiful 19th-century winegrowers' house: modern fitted kitchen opening onto living/dining room. 1 bedroom with 1 x 180 cm x 200 cm bed, 1 children's bedroom with 2 x 90 cm bunk beds (+ a cot for children up to 4 years old), 1 bedroom with 1 x 140 cm bed, leading to a shower room with Italian shower, WC. Access to the shower room and WC is via this bedroom. At the rear, large private terrace overlooking the garden. Garden furniture, deckchairs. All-inclusive accommodation: bed linen, end-of-stay cleaning, kitchen and bathroom linen, heating, electricity. 1 cot available.
5 minutes from the Cité de la Gastronomie, due to open in May 2022, and 10 minutes from Dijon's historic city centre: Palais des Ducs de Bourgogne and Tour Philippe le Bon, remarkable churches, the Owl cultural trail, archaeological and fine arts museums....
