Exceptional in Dijon: in a quiet area of the Burgundy capital, very close to the historic city centre, lovely contemporary gîte with private pool! Ground floor with disabled access: large living room with integrated kitchen and dining area, lounge. Upstairs: an open-plan bedroom with a 160cm bed and access to a lovely terrace. Dressing room and shower room with WC. Relaxing outside: 2 wooden terraces and private 5.5 x 2 m swimming pool, open from May to September depending on the weather, with artificial turf surrounds. The pool is heated and has a counter-current swimming system. It is secured by an automatic curtain. Outdoor shower and separate WC in the equipment room. 1 reserved parking space in front of the gîte. Electric bikes for hire.
The gîte is comfortable and tastefully decorated. Bed linen, final cleaning, towels, bath towels, underfloor heating and electricity are included in the price.
Dijon city centre is a 5-minute walk away. Public transport is also nearby. An ideal, bucolic location for enjoying the attractions of the historic city of Dijon, which has been awarded the "Ville d'art et d'histoire" (City of Art and History) label: Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy and the Philippe le Bon Tower, the remarkable churches of Notre-Dame, Saint-Michel and Saint-Bénigne, the Owl cultural trail, the Archaeological Museum and the Fine Arts Museum, etc. All shops nearby.
