Located on the first floor, this gîte combines comfort, functionality and tasteful decoration. You'll find a fully-equipped self-contained kitchen for preparing meals, a shower room with toilet, and a pleasant living room with a sitting area, TV and Wi-Fi, and a convivial dining area.
Following on from the main room is a first comfortable bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, and a second bathroom adjoining the bedroom (accessible by 3 steps), this time equipped with a bathtub.
Upstairs, a mezzanine has been converted into a relaxation area, offering additional sleeping space thanks to a convertible sofa (extra charge of ?15 per night per person for the 5th person). This mezzanine leads to a second bedroom with twin 80 x 200 cm beds.
From the kitchen, you can access a small private terrace with garden furniture and electric barbecue, ideal for enjoying fine weather.
Easy, free street parking. Secure garage for bikes and/or motorcycles.
All-inclusive gîte: linen, towels, cleaning, sheets, heating and electricity are included. Cleaning products are also provided.
