You can take full advantage of all the activities for which Dijon is renowned, including wine tourism with the new Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie et du Vin. You can also discover the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy and the Philippe le Bon Tower, the remarkable churches, the Owl cultural trail and the Musée des Beaux-Arts.... Covered market. Located in a quiet area, away from traffic and just a short walk from the city centre, you can walk to all the sights, restaurants and other amenities in Dijon city centre. The Dijon market hall is just 800 metres away.
By renting this gîte, you agree to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood by keeping the noise level to an acceptable level.
The house has a private terrace equipped with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy the sun and spend convivial moments around the barbecue.

Master bedroom: 1 double bed with sheet, memory foam pillows and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: two single beds with sheet, which can be twinned if required, memory foam pillows and a dressing area.
Living room: a sofa bed for one person.
The following facilities are available:
Fully equipped kitchen: kettle (with tea provided on arrival), raclette machine, pressure cooker, Senseo coffee maker (with pods provided on arrival), fridge, freezer, Dyson cordless hoover, dishwasher (with pod provided), set of condiments for your meals.
Audio equipment: television with numerous channels (French and foreign), Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker, DVD and DVD player, Wi-Fi connection via cable or Bluetooth, landline telephone.
