Led by a Burgundy wine enthusiast, these workshops are an opportunity to discover more about Burgundy wines. Designed to help both novices and the more experienced to grasp the principles of wine tasting, the aim is to discover which appellations are popular, and understand why. Explore the terroir through various workshops, such as "Wine & Cheese", offering a selection of wines from family estates, paired with local cheeses.
After an hour of guided tasting, leave with a basic understanding of food and wine pairing. The sessions, for a maximum of ten people, take place in the historic heart of Dijon, in an authentic wine cellar with a warm atmosphere. At your request, a tailor-made private workshop can be arranged.
