Les ateliers de Cucina e Piacere

The Cucina e Piacere workshops offer a two-hour immersion in the art of transalpine cooking, focusing on the practice and transmission of traditional skills.

Each session explores a specific theme, such as making fresh pasta, gnocchi, focaccia or arancini.
Under the supervision of a professional chef, students learn to master the technical gestures and use products imported directly from Italy to make their dish from A to Z.

The workshop includes professional tips and a surprise tasting offered by the chef. At the end of the session, each participant leaves with his or her culinary creation ready to enjoy.
