In a hamlet, 2 km from the village of Saint-Bresson, detached house located in an old renovated Comtoise farmhouse with nice view on the Vosges Saônoises.
Ground floor: dining room with wood stove, integrated kitchen, living room, a bedroom with a bed 140, a bedroom with 2 beds 90, 2 shower rooms with WC.
Upstairs: a bedroom with two 140 beds. A bedroom with a bed 140 and a baby bed.
Small enclosed courtyard in front of the house, parking and large garden at the back with terrace and covered shelter. Bicycle room.
Available: baby equipment on request. Sheets included in the prices and beds made on arrival from September 2021.
Village located in a forest environment. To do: fishing and walks on hiking trails. Marked cross-country ski trails and sledging in winter. Thermal baths in Luxeuil-les-Bains. Discovery of the Mille Étangs plateau.
