Since 1969, the municipality of Scey-sur-Saône and St. Albin has been twinned with a town in Baden-Württemberg: Dornstetten. Exchanges take place every year between the municipal delegations and associations. Every year in July a delegation goes up to sell regional products (rillettes comtoises, comté, wine...) during the festival of Dornstetten.
