This space includes living room, dining room and kitchen, and overlooks the mill wheel in the basement. You can set the wheel in motion as you wish. As the gîte is designed for 14 people, the rooms and facilities available for 8 people depend on the composition of the group and its wishes, up to 4 bedrooms and 3 or 4 bathrooms. The first floor of the gîte offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 cm), the other with two modular single beds, as well as two shower rooms and two WCs. Upstairs, four bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 people (one 180 cm double bed and six modular single beds), with three shower rooms and a separate toilet. Outside, a wooden terrace overlooks the lawn, while another overlooks the orchard, offering panoramic views of the property and landscape. The north gallery, suspended and covered, is ideal in summer for its coolness. It overlooks the river and the relief opposite. You will have access to the orchard, the paths on the property, a pond, the stream that runs alongside the mill, the banks of a shallow river and the small canal that crosses the property. The gîte is located on the road leading to the lakes and ski resorts. The rental price includes "reasonable" electricity consumption, including heating.
