Every Wednesday morning, time is set aside for relaxation and re-energising at La Frémille in Saint-Claude. Led by Helena Monniello, an energy healing and wellbeing practitioner based in the Jura, this weekly session offers a gentle approach that is accessible to everyone, with no prior experience or specific level required.

The aim is to provide a simple, supportive space to release physical tension, calm the mind and refocus on oneself, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The session is open to anyone seeking a regular moment of respite, regardless of age or physical condition.
