Gîte on the ground floor of an old, single-storey building of about 63 m² (capacity of comfort 4 and up to 5 people): it includes a fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts opening onto the living room with a bay window leading onto a private courtyard, a shower room, separate WC, a bedroom with a double bed. A second bedroom with two single beds and a folding bench seat.

Direct access to La Loire, the town of La Charité sur Loire and a small private courtyard suitable for resting.
