Le 36" is located in the center of La Charité-sur-Loire, in a former 18th-century mansion.
The capacity of the gîte can be adapted to suit your needs.
On the 1st floor, we offer a completely independent apartment comprising:
the Loire bedroom, a terrace overlooking the Loire, a kitchen, a shower room, a separate toilet and the large Bleue bedroom, which can also be converted into a living room.
Depending on your needs, you can also add the XVIII° bedroom. This room has a private bathroom, dressing room and mezzanine for a child's bed.
On the 2nd floor, the Là-Haut room, with its view over the Loire, can accommodate up to 3 additional guests.
On the first floor, the large dining room and kitchen can be used for meals and/or meetings. They open onto the terrace and garden.
A garage is also available for bikes, motorcycles, kayaks, etc.
