Outside, there is an enclosed garden at the front and a fenced-in backyard with a shed, allowing you to
enjoy the sunny days. You’ll have access to a griddle, garden furniture, and lounge chairs, as well as
everything you need to enjoy meals outdoors or relax and savor the evenings in complete
peace and quiet. Parking is private (2 to 3 spaces depending on the vehicles).
Inside, a cozy living area with a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a wood-burning stove, Wi-
Fi, TV, and board games. Two sleeping areas offer comfort and privacy: from the living room, on the ground
floor, a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a bathroom with a large shower, and a
separate toilet. A bedroom upstairs, accessible via a steep staircase, with a 160x200 cm bed and a private
bathroom with a shower and toilet. Off the kitchen, upstairs, a third bedroom with two 90x200 cm beds
and a view of Lake Settons, as well as an office area.
The cottage also offers easy access to the main tourist sites in our region: the Saut du
Gouloux and its waterfall, Château-Chinon, Autun and its Gallo-Roman heritage, Bibracte and Mont
Beuvray, Vézelay and its UNESCO-listed basilica, not to mention the museums.
When night falls, look up—the Morvan is recognized as an International Dark Sky Reserve. Far
from sources of light pollution, the clear nights offer exceptional conditions for
observing the stars and the Milky Way.

Accommodation is not equipped to charge an electric vehicle.
