À propos
For the second time, Autun’s service clubs have joined forces to organise a joint event.
Indeed, the Anysetiers, the Rotary Club, the Lions Club, the Kiwanis, the Junior Chamber, the Autun 40+ Club and the Autunois Business Association have decided to pool their ideas and resources to raise awareness amongst the people of Autun about first aid and the work of the fire service.
A fundraising event in aid of the ‘Œuvre des Pupilles des Sapeurs-Pompiers de France’ – which supports the children of firefighters who have died or been injured whilst on duty – will also be organised.
The event will take place outside the town hall with the participation of firefighters from the Autun brigade and will conclude with a gala evening at the Salle de l’Hexagone. Booking is required for the evening.
All proceeds will be donated to the French Firefighters’ Orphans’ Fund. Beyond raising awareness of first aid and fundraising, the aim is to bring together all the community’s key players around this theme.
