À propos
Gitché Manito is a gypsy jazz and swing quartet based in Mesvres.
Comprising two guitars, a violin, a double bass and four vocalists, the group moves effortlessly between swing, gypsy jazz, Eastern music, waltzes, songs and poetry.
Gitché Manito presents a vibrant repertoire of instrumentals and songs, enhanced by the interplay between Emmanuel and Julien’s guitars, the soaring melodies of Oliver’s violin and the nimble runs of Paul’s double bass.
Their four voices pay tribute to both the music of the 1930s and the poets of the last two centuries, in both English and French. With infectious energy and an authentic sound, Gitché Manito immerses you in
