Property owner since 1815, the Billaud-Simon family produces exceptional wines on Kimméridgien's best distribution of plot in Chablis. Our goal: incorporate the notion of a terroir to each Chablis wine to distinguish their difference.
Wine is made in stainless steel, temperature-controlled vats and a few prestigious cuvées are blended with wine made in oak barrels.
