The living spaces are generous and perfectly equipped: fully equipped kitchen with two dishwashers, two refrigerators, freezer, various appliances (microwave, blender, juicer, toaster), as well as two coffee machines (Nespresso and classic). A laundry room with washing machine is also available.
The living room and relaxation areas are ideal for socializing, with a hi-fi system, flat-screen TV, DVD player with video library, games console, upright piano, pool table and well-stocked library.
Outside, the charm is immediate. The vast one-hectare garden, planted with trees and flowers, boasts a secure 11.5 x 5 m private swimming pool (open from May 15 to September 15), a 40 m² wooden terrace, a bowling green (13 x 4 m), a ping-pong table and a host of amenities including deckchairs, sun loungers, parasols and garden furniture.
At the foot of the property, you'll find a municipal tennis court with free access, as well as a fitness trail. For golf enthusiasts, the 18-hole Domaine du Roncemay course is around 25 minutes away.
