Long sandy beach of more than 2 kilometers in Erquy.
Swimming is supervised in July and August. First aid station, showers and public toilets.
Cap Armor volleyball nets every afternoon in summer (except Saturday): free access.
Three "tiralos" (amphibious wheelchairs) allow physically handicapped people to access the sand and the sea. Available at the Caroual lifeguard station during its opening hours.
Windsurfing, sand yachting, kitesurfing and other sports activities must be practiced in regulated areas (channels).
The beach is forbidden to animals from May 15 to September 15
