À propos
Originally a small fishermen's cove, Planguenoual's Grève du Vauglin (or Plage de Vauguelin) is a popular spot for anglers and sunbathers alike. Swimming is more dangerous for the feet, due to the presence of sharp rocks.
In addition to the main cove, there are a number of other side coves which, even at the height of the season, offer a degree of privacy and freedom not found on many other shores. The mussel-farming activity allows you to see the bouchot mussels come to life at low tide.
Dogs on a leash are welcome all year round.
The beach is located in the Baie de Saint-Brieuc Nature Reserve, to protect and preserve the peace and quiet of animal species.
