Le Dîner Singulier invites you to live a suspended moment, where heritage and gastronomy meet to create a rare experience.
The evening begins with a tour of the Haras, to discover its secrets, history and soul. Then, as night falls, it's time for dinner: a 5-course menu, built around Penthièvre, between land and sea, through local produce and the Haras? landscapes, unique and ephemeral, specially imagined by Chef Jean-Daniel Benoit, in resonance with the place.
