Bertrand produces all his organic fruit trees and shrubs with passion and an agro-ecological approach. Cultivated in the open ground according to the principles of permaculture, garden-forestry and Syntropy, the young plants (1 to 2 years old) produced at Pépi Berry are sold bare-rooted to guarantee optimum quality and recovery of fruit trees in all gardens.
You'll find not only traditional fruit trees with old-fashioned, local varieties, but also rarer species and varieties such as nashis, plum and apricot hybrids and the surprising and incredible red-fleshed apples!
In 2025, we even began growing Sichuan pepper, with a view to producing this astonishingly delicious spice locally and organically.
Every year, Bertrand also offers training courses on pruning, grafting and many other aspects of fruit trees and gardening in general. Events not to be missed!
