Close to the audience, in a small tent that holds many surprises, the artists, with a delightful fairground spirit, animate the costumes that surround them.
In a clever blend of circus, puppetry and theater, with live music, Les Bêtes de foire bring spectators together in a joyful bric-a-brac, where clothes, headgear and shoes of all kinds give rise to characters, poetically evoking the little things in life. We'll see hats being handled, coats being piled up, jackets being stripped off, pea coats being piled up, frock coats being stolen. Not to mention fanfares and orchestral bodies. A little circus of the marvelous, as touching as it is fascinating.
