In summer, put on flip-flops or rubber boots and follow Michèle François, a professional guide, on Alain Morvan's oyster beds on Callot Island to learn all about the Carantec oyster or on the oyster farm at the Maison de l'Huître in Pen Al Lan. You will be joined at the end of the visit by an oyster farmer who will make you taste some of his iodized specialties, whose flavor you will not forget anytime soon.
