Molière : Le Combat

In October 2025, the Les Incomestibles theater company came to Concarneau to present, on the edge of the Bois du Porzou, the first play in their Molière Trilogy: *Molière, la vocation*. Following the success of that first production, they are back with the second installment. A struggle, for each of the famous playwright’s plays sparked controversy, and he had to fight on all fronts: his caricatures provoked violent reactions, and his successes earned him the jealousy of the artistic world. So many enemies—whether armed with pens or crosses—forced him to fight against censorship and constantly defend his cause.
