This quiet, bright 21 m2 one-bedroom pied-à-terre is located on the first floor of a typical farmhouse adjacent to the owners? house. The apartment is totally independent and not overlooked. It was completely renovated in 2016-2017.
Its privileged location means you can do a lot on foot, with convenient access to the center of Le Guilvinec, shops, the port 200 m away, beaches 800 m away, the GR34?
"Ty Du" isn't large, but it's well laid out and space is optimized with the foldaway bed. The feeling of space is further enhanced by the high ceiling (4 meters!) and the bay window overlooking the terrace and garden.
In the evenings, you can relax by watching TV on the flat-screen TV with access to DTT channels, or surfing the Internet thanks to unlimited high-speed WiFi.
Intimate spotlighting creates different moods in the main room, whether in the kitchen, bed or living room. An extendable wooden table is available for indoor dining.
The kitchenette is well equipped with all the basics. You can take advantage of the breakfast option for a tasty, hearty continental breakfast!
