Stage Danse Libre pour les femmes

I Dance Life. Open to all, this workshop is an invitation to reconnect with your inner self by exploring the free and liberating movement of our bodies. Guided with care by Sylvie Pencrécach, a dancer, relaxation specialist, and holistic therapist, you’ll explore breath, rhythm, sensation, inner listening, and creativity to build self-confidence. The radiant joy of being together fosters a spirit of sharing. The afternoon will conclude with a deep, integrative relaxation session that will help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself.
