This totally independent gîte on 3000 m² of land is close to the owners' house and a dairy farm.
This house, renovated with ecological materials, is close to the small port of Le Dourduff.
On the first floor, you'll find a large living room with an equipped kitchen opening onto the living room. A wood pellet stove provides pleasant heating in winter. A bedroom with a 160x200 bed is located on the same level, as is a shower room with toilet.
The spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where you'll find a second bedroom with twin 90x200 beds, a shower room and a toilet.
Beds are made up on arrival and linen is provided.
Outside, you can enjoy the large courtyard with its garden furniture, as well as the meadow planted with fruit trees.
