In the charming "Venelles de Morlaix" circuit, a stone's throw from the Port and Viaduct, close to the train station, shops and cultural activities (SEW), these 4 attic rooms are located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a 19th century house.
Each 15m² room is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay: double bed, desk, chair, armchair, storage unit, large mirror.
Each room has its own private bathroom (shower, washbasin, WC).
The small communal kitchen on the same floor is fully equipped (fridge, hob, oven and microwave, cupboards), with a lovely view of the large, beautiful trees. A terrace is also available.
If you're coming by train, we're only a ten-minute walk away, cutting through La Venelle.
If you're coming by bike, we have a bike storage area on site.
I live in the same building and will try to be there to welcome you in person. In case of absence, I also have a key safe for independent arrival.
I can only be reached by Whatsapp and e-mail.
