Ty Marzotine is the ideal base for discovering the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel and the Emerald Coast.
Recently built, Ty Marzotine has been designed for maximum comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped, with direct access to a covered east-facing terrace. The utility room includes washing machine, dryer and utility sink. The living room opens directly onto the large southwest-facing terrace.
Ty Marzotine can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms on the first floor, all with fitted wardrobes.
2 bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160x200) and the other with a double bed (140x190), have access to a shared east-facing terrace with sea views, ideal for morning coffee or a shady afternoon siesta.
A third bedroom, designed with children in mind, features bunk beds (2x90x200) and toys.
The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200). These 4 bedrooms share a bathroom on the first floor, with bath and shower. 2 independent toilets are available: on the first floor and on the first floor.
The house is set in 450 m² of fully enclosed grounds, with a large south-west-facing terrace of over 40 m², a true extension of the house. It is equipped with garden furniture, dining table, parasol and, for those returning from the beach, an outdoor shower with hot water. A barbecue, children?s toys and a bicycle shed complete the outdoor facilities.
A large driveway provides ample parking for two vehicles and trailers.
