The "Charming Loft" is a lovely apartment in the historic center of Rennes, located in a quiet pedestrian street just behind Saint Pierre Cathedral. You're right in the heart of the city and all its attractions (restaurants, stores, nightlife, bars, etc.), but enjoy absolute peace and quiet. You can get around on foot, and transport links are close at hand (bus, République metro station).
Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a charming old Rennes timber-framed building (secured by digicode), the apartment opens onto a pleasant, bright living room (approx. 30m2) with high ceilings and magnificent old beams.
A small, fully-equipped kitchen (coffeemaker, hob, oven, microwave) lets you enjoy your meals while admiring the steeples of Saint Pierre Cathedral and the rooftops of Rennes.
The bathroom is functional and features a shower, vanity unit and washing machine. There's also a small office area where you can set up your computer to manage your daily business, thanks to the wifi internet connection. A separate toilet completes the suite. You'll also find plenty of storage space in a large closet.
The sleeping area is on the mezzanine level, accessible via a comfortable straight staircase. You'll sleep in a 140cm bed, with your head under the roofs and the stars. A small single bed is also available to accommodate a third guest.
