À propos
Les Itinérantes, a one-of-a-kind female vocal trio, draws its strength from the diversity of its repertoire. Driven by original arrangements, the three singers perform a cappella songs from all eras in more than fifty different languages, on a journey through styles, time, and space.
Manon Cousin, Pauline Langlois de Swarte, and Elodie Pont craft a sound with multiple personalities to bring to life the various musical stories they tell. Soft, powerful, celestial, or earthy, the voices come together, blending forgotten tales with original compositions—in languages that are sometimes extinct or invented—on a journey where eras intertwine and boundaries dissolve.
Three musicians with very distinct artistic worlds have brought together their diverse influences—from early music to French chanson, including world music and sacred chants—to illustrate the themes dear to them: women, nature, travel, and the imagination.
