In the heart of the village of Le Faouët, a charming new house (2024) with a 1700 m² garden surrounded by stone walls. The accommodation is spacious and tastefully furnished to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The house is equipped for all your family and friends and can accommodate 8/9 people.

170 m² house plus adjoining storeroom and garage, 200 m from the town center, Le Faouët's listed market halls and all amenities.
On the ground floor, the 50 m² living room with open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. There's also a storeroom/laundry room with washing machine.
Two double bedrooms with dressing rooms, a large bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet complete the ensemble.
Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms, each with two single beds, a shower room and separate toilet, and a large 26 m² mezzanine with workspace.

The house is fully equipped: wifi, tv, washing machine, tancarville, board games, books...
An outdoor table and barbecue are available in the large garden.

The house is located in the center of the village of Le Faouët, 2 minutes' walk from all amenities: bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, gas station, etc.

Le Faouët, a very active commune in central Brittany, offers a wide range of cultural visits: the market halls in the center of town, the chapel of Sainte Barbe, the chapel of Saint Fiacre and nature activities: hiking, fishing?
Nearby: Priziac water sports center, Langonnet Abbey.
The house is also 30 minutes from Lorient (Festival Interceltique), Pontivy, Carhaix (Festival Les Vieilles Charrues) and Quimperlé, an ideal location for discovering Brittany.
Just 35 minutes from the sea, you'll have access to the lovely beaches of Morbihan, Belle île en mer, Groix and the many treasures of the interior.
Les côtes d' Armor: Cancale, the pink granite coast.... Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel are just a day's excursion away.
