A charming and pleasant, quiet and bright 50 m² apartment on the second floor with a beautiful view of the Vauban Citadel and the port of Le Palais.
Located on the waterfront, just a two-minute walk from the ferry landing, shops, and restaurants, and 500 m from either Ramonette Beach or Castoul Beach.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, glass-ceramic stovetop, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, small appliances) that opens onto the living room with a sofa bed (140x190), TV, DVD player, and a dining table and chairs.
There is a bedroom with a bed (140x190) and a dresser, as well as a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine.
For toddlers, we have a folding bed and a high chair.
The location is ideal for a car-free stay; you’ll find car rental agencies and the bus station nearby for getting around by bus.
We provide towels and bed linens, which are included in the rental price.
A security deposit of 300? is required upon your arrival.
At the end of your stay, the apartment must be cleaned and left as clean as it was upon your arrival; if you do not wish to clean it yourself, we will charge a flat fee of 50 €.
