Located a 15-minute walk from the ferry landing and the shops in Le Palais, this house—which is attached on one side—can accommodate up to 6 people (4 adults and 2 children). Surrounded by a garden sheltered by hedges, it features a private parking space (No. 11).
It is located in the hamlet of ROSBOSCER, just over 1 km from Le Palais (the island’s main town and the ferry’s port of arrival) in a small, quiet housing development.
It’s possible to walk down to Le Palais for the daily market and small shops. A supermarket is located about 600 m from the housing development, as well as a bus stop (Belle Ile Bus) 200 meters away.
The house is very bright and faces east-west. The garden table can be moved to either side of the house depending on the sun’s position.
On the ground floor, you’ll find:
? A living room, a dining area, and an open kitchen
? A bedroom with a double bed (140x200)
? A small bathroom with a shower and toilet
Upstairs:
? A bedroom with a double bed (140x200)
? A children’s bedroom with two single beds (80x200)
? A small bathroom with a shower
Duvets, pillows, and mattress protectors are provided.
However, you must bring your own fitted sheets, duvet covers, or flat sheets and pillowcases.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is non-smoking.
You are responsible for cleaning at the end of your stay. However, upon request, we can arrange for an outside cleaning service for an additional 60—please let us know in advance.
