L'Atelier, a townhouse that sleeps 7 %E0 The ideal place to stay if you're traveling without a car
The house is located in the heart of Palais, on one of the city’s oldest streets, where all the buildings once had shops or workshops on their ground floors. Most of the original buildings can still be seen there. The house, which has been completely renovated, has retained its original workshop door from that era; it was most recently used as a carpenter’s shop.
The neighborhood is very quiet but in close proximity to all amenities (shops, market, restaurants, movie theater...), features a few shops such as an art gallery, a home decor store, a gourmet grocery store, and more.
The proximity to shops, the daily market, and all modes of transportation for exploring the island (bike and car rentals, bus stops) make this a great place to consider a car-free stay. It also provides easy access to the beaches at Ramonette (a 15-minute walk) or Castoul (a 20-minute walk).

This fully renovated historic home offers over 130 m² of floor space:
- a ground floor with an entryway, a large, inviting living area with a fully equipped kitchen and living room, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet,
- a first floor with two adjoining bedrooms (a large, double-width bedroom with a single bed, adjoining a bedroom with a double bed), a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet,
- a second floor with a large double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a powder room (toilet, sink).
