Exposition : le banquet insolite

Locmariaquer's Reg'Art collective invites you to an unusual banquet: works on and around a table.

A moment of sharing and good living together, the banquet is a festive tradition marked by the richness of the table, the abundance of the food, the diversity of the dishes, the conviviality, the beauty of the place and the richness of the furniture. In fact, some of the participants worked on the creation of an original chair using a unique support.

Painting, sculpture, mosaic, collage, marquetry, modelling, ceramics and engraving: 17 artists and craftsmen will be offering visitors original, unusual and sometimes bizarre works. Their offbeat looks suggest escaping the order of things, stepping out of the banal, to surprise and astonish.

A moment of festivity and exchange, this exhibition will be an opportunity for visitors to discover that the banquet is not only the art of the table, but also a place of original expression.
