Sylvain is a gourmet who loves both sweet and savory dishes. It all started with a desire to eat better, which led him to develop his own recipes and make it his business.
With his treats, he wants to delight everyone: young and old, organic and locavores, for aperitifs and snacks, with or without gluten, and also by limiting the use of sugar.
Crackers&Co Bio is a 100% organic, home-made range of savory and sweet cookies and dips for aperitifs (crackers, hummus, etc.) and snacks (brookies, cookies, etc.). Made in Ploërmel!
All these delicious creations can be found at the Josselin market on Saturday mornings, in local stores (Vannes, Séné, Ploërmel...), in producers' stores: Terroir et Cie in Plélan le Grand, Ferme de Gourhert in Ploërmel, Les Halles de Brocéliande in Beignon, Le Champ Commun in Augan, and online at Clic Ta Berouette!
