In the heart of the small town of Bar sur Aube and the Champagne vineyards, 10 km from the Nigloland amusement park, come and share a moment with family or friends in this spacious, atypical gîte for 6/8 people, close to all amenities (shops, restaurants, McDonald's, skatepark...).Ground floor: large, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, lounge for aperitifs or coffee, toilet. 1st floor: master bedroom (bed 160x200 + cot), children's bedroom (4 beds 90x200 including 1 bunk bed), bathroom with bath, double washbasin, WC. 2nd floor: children's play area, linen room and 32 m2 master bedroom with exposed beams and 180x200 bed. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, all utilities (electricity + heating within the limits of normal consumption), towels and household linen are included in the price of your stay. Beds will be made up on arrival. Free public parking is available just a few meters away. The winegrower owners will be happy to show you around.
