N'Othe Farine

Farmer-Miller-Baker. Our project began in 2020 with the acquisition of our first mill on our mixed farm. With a focus on diversification and short supply chains, we process heritage wheat varieties into flour and, since 2023, into bakery, pastry, and biscuit products. A true family adventure, we welcome you to the farm, showcase wheat in all its forms, and offer a local shop—a place for sharing and community building in the heart of the Pays d'Othe region.
