Situated in a quiet dead end, a few minutes from the town centre, this house has an enclosed garden and can accommodate up to 4 people. The gîte has three separate beds, gas heating is not included in the price of the stay. On the ground floor: dining room, living room, fitted kitchen, shower room, laundry room, wc. Upstairs: a double bedroom (1 bed 140 cm) and a twin bedroom (2 beds 90 cm). From the kitchen, you will access the terrace and the nicely laid out and hidden garden. Garage (1 car). Non-smoking gîte. Linen provided, beds made on arrival. Additional charges: electricity and gas. TOURISTIC ATTRAITS: Paris is 1 hour away by train. Abbeys, commanderies, old mills. On the spot : all shops and amenities (train station, restaurants, bakery, mini-market, ...).
