Dîners insolites OPUS, voyage immersif au Cloître des Récollets

With this third edition presented in December, OPUS invites you on a sensory journey where reality gradually seems to crack. At first, everything seems familiar, then the lights change, the sounds take hold and the space gradually transforms into an immersive wagon. Without really understanding when it all changes, you find yourself drawn into a shifting universe where every detail seems alive.




Imagined by artist Julien Voarick, this immersive creation plays with your perceptions and takes you on a constantly evolving sensory journey. The décor metamorphoses, the atmospheres change, and each sequence provokes a unique emotion. You won't really know whether you're watching a show, an art installation or an extraordinary dinner.




Conceived in six acts, the menu accompanies this journey and also becomes part of the story. Flavors evolve with the atmosphere, textures respond to the light, and food and wine pairings (or their alcohol-free alternatives) prolong the sensations and play a full part in the immersion.



As you dine, time seems to slow down. Your points of reference gradually disappear, giving way to surprise, curiosity and the pleasure of letting yourself be carried away. OPUS can't be told, it has to be experienced!
