Saut du rocher Prince Charles

A rocky escarpment, the Prince Charles Rock Jump is located below the road to the Col de Saverne and owes its name to the legend of a Prince of Lorraine. The latter, in order to escape from his pursuers, would have launched himself with his horse from the top of the rock. The hoofprints of his mount are inscribed in the stone near the ancient road of the Col.
