La Bouture, set in a cosy and bright location on the banks of the canal in Strasbourg's Presqu'île Malraux, is a vegan bar-restaurant that blends the industrial ambience of the Seegmuller tower with the warmth of wood, the comfort of antique furniture, and the softness of the countless plants and cuttings that adorn this high-ceilinged space.

A cute mezzanine overlooks the room and its many nooks and crannies, with a magnificent view of the water and the Presqu'île.
