Located in the heart of the historic old town "La Petite Venise" in Colmar, Alsace, in an Alsatian half-timbered house dating from 1645, the "Dock 23" gîte will seduce you with its authentic charm.
With a surface area of 145 m2, it can accommodate up to 7 people, with access to the first and second floors via a wooden staircase.
The gîte has been completely renovated in keeping with the Alsatian spirit, blending old-world charm with modern comforts.
This very spacious apartment features a separate, fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area and sitting area, a bedroom with double and single beds, two bedrooms with double beds, and two bathrooms with walk-in shower, basin and toilet.
The gîte has all the comforts you need. Beds are made up on arrival, towels and household linen are provided, and we offer TV, wifi, connected speakers, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, cleaning products and materials, safe, childcare equipment, board games and books.
End-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax are extra and compulsory.
