Over the centuries, French gastronomy has never ceased to amaze us, constantly reinventing itself through contact with the great Chefs who have revealed its inexhaustible riches. It is they who, with passion and exacting standards, have shaped it and brought it to the level of excellence that the whole world now recognizes.
For over twenty years, this gastronomy has thrilled me.
It all began in the family kitchen, when as a child I would watch the copper pans glisten and the dishes simmer gently by the fire. My mother, a cook by trade, sensed my interest in this world very early on. It was she who introduced me to the gestures, the aromas, the magic of flavors, and passed on to me her deep love of cooking.
My path then led me to work with passionate Alsatian chefs, whose experience and kindness helped me forge my skills and my culinary identity.
Along the way, I had the good fortune to meet the woman who became my wife. Her exacting standards, rigor and, above all, her love of a job well done are a source of support and inspiration every day. Together, today, we have chosen to share with you our own vision of the living art of cooking.
