40m² 2-room apartment in Colmar, 250m from the pedestrian zone and the tourist center. Ideal for exploring Colmar on foot!
Free private parking within the condominium.
Accessible on one level via a separate entrance, the apartment is set back from the road, in a quiet, small courtyard with garages and flowerbeds.
For our cycling friends, a secure bicycle garage is available on site.
The west-facing living room is bright and airy, with flat-screen color TV and DVD player.
Beautiful, functional, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, multi-function oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, table grill, etc.)
The bathroom offers a 70 x 160cm shower area, a washbasin with storage and a hairdryer.
The bedroom is very bright and spacious, in a very "cosy" style, with a 140 x 200 cm bed, a 2-door wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
Our furnishings are "Bébé Confort" equipped for the little ones (cot, high chair, changing mat, bath seat, etc.)
Washing machine and cleaning products available on site.
All tourist information is provided to help you make the most of your stay:
- villages of the Wine Route and its picturesque villages: Eguisheim, favorite village of the French in 2013, and Kaysersberg in 2017 >>>> 15mn by car. And others such as Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé, Bergheim, Hunawihr etc...
- museums ( Hansi, Bartholdi, Unterlinden, Musée du Jouet etc...)
- château du Haut-Koenigsbourg and other castles that you can discover on your hikes - IGN hiking map available on request
- Parc des Cigognes,
