The Ancienne Halle aux Blés was built in the 16th century. The outside staircase dates from 1924. The building with a toothed gable served as a depot and as a centre for the grain trade. From 1819 to 1960, it housed the boys' school. On the first floor is the museum of the Baillage de Rouffach.
